joeK it's in a rar file because it is a gui KIT. In the file is just about everything you need to make your windows look like a mac. It has a way to remove the arrows from the forward and back buttons as you can see in the SS, but it has about three or four other app. skins as well. There's nothing sneaky going on I assure you. just extract the files into the windowblinds folder and everything will be inside of the new folder, each app. skin in it's own folder with instructions.

I don't remember the name of it but it was from one of the sites that host the GUI Kits for converting to mac look. If you go to the download page at DevArt there is a link to discuss the JetBlak GUI Kit. It may be on that site somewhere.

How'd you get the text on the start bar to be blue? When I use jetblack the text is just plain white...
