I don't have the right links for each components but you can find the wall on http://www.deviantart.com/ ( search in the apple walls section ),
the WB skin is the "OSXP NG", the icon set is "SNOW E", and the sysmetrix theme is the "Aero-Vert V2". You can find it all on this great site ).
Finally the winamp skin is the "night city" ( u can find it in the program preferences ).
