not to sure about the brown. maybe a little darker? or brighter. just not that color. and the object bar (or task bar) could have a image on it or something. Soething to make it look diffent than the other Joe Blow's out there.
Other than that, looks like a good start. Your on your way to a 10 in my book.

I really like these colors it seems alot of themes get to dark . they look nice but its hard to read anything on em . this is perfect.
