Yep, it's all a desktopx theme with a lot of cool effects. I will post it soon on the desktopx library and on the winstyles library.

Looks very nice - wonder about the animation - what's animated? I'd love to see an animation panel like the holodeck 3 screen saver - if you've seen it.
