The wallpaper is "UM" by APB. You can get it in the wallpaper section. I modified it in Photoshop by putting the logo in the middle. If anyone wants, I can make a cutom one. It only takes a minute.

I like very much the way it looks and the way you have modified the wallpaper. 
Although, I made an update to it yesterday, leaving more room at the borders for different objects.

Uh, this is just a screenshot of my desktop. If you want the Windowblinds skin, you're gonna have to suck it up and pay for it like I did. You can get the whole suite, with all sorts of skins for really cheap at http://www.pixtudio.com. All the other DesktopX objects and icons are available here in the DesktopX and IconPackager Sections, respectively. Just run a search for "Universe Metal" or something. All I did was put them together and modify APB's kick ass wallpaper by putting the little M.C. Escher logo in it with Photoshop. (By the way, APB, your wall rocks!
