The ObjectBar is called RickOSX. Very Nifty I will upload the bar with my settings so it will behave more like a Mac.

I will now tell you all what to download to make your Windows look more Macish. 
First download the Mac OS X Tiger suite in the Wincustomize Suites section...search or whatever works best, it is 10MB.
Next download the MAC OSX v 1.1.1 it will be availible soon.
Finally download a bootskin called G5.
Your now set.
Extras: If you really want to go to the XTREME. Then use Windows FX to get the fade effects. Just fool around until you fond something that satisfies you.

there is an ObjectBar theme that resembles the Mac OS X Tiger 10.4 theme very well. Download at www.osx-e.com see this bar in my new screen shot Windows OS X 1.2. Laterz.
