Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics with regedit. Change the "shelliconsize" to whatever you want. Mine are 96 x96.

The icons are a modified version of SnowE. At the moment they are available in original Mac format at xicons.com. I cannot release the modded ones because the person who edited them does not have permission to distribute them openly. The msstyle is Mas Siemple by Y/C. It used to be available over at the neowin forum section. The wallpaper is available at http://www.prevision.dk/3d.html. Sorry I can't be of more help.
