Actually, I'm pretty sure that as a Visitor-class site participant, you have the ability to download and install sound packages in the SoundPackager gallery. I'm not certain whether my package meets the "7 or higher" rating status to be qualified for this, but a number of unregistered visitors have downloaded it, according to my site statistics. You could confirm this by contacting one of the site admins listed here: WWW Link
If you can't use the software with my package for this reason, one of the other, Stardock-created packages, like "Racing" or "Nature" should work.

I wouldn't take the statistics at face value. I myself am registered, but I don't bother signing in everytime I see something I wish to download - only if I wish to submit or say something in a forum. So when I'm not signed in, I'll still count as a 'visitor'.
And I'm sure I'm not the only one who does this...

This one stinks sorry Pal but they are too long to be be usable and imho - there ARE indeed way too many strange annoying sounds.
