umm yeah same as above..why is the file empty? I like it and want to download it but all the files seem to be empty... (

Ah, it is not emty. It is just such a small file that it doesn't show. The file only has links to other skins that are here on WinCustomize. at that point you will be downloading about 3mb of skins.
