this is dope! how do you get/what is the little toolbar on the top of the screen? it has the clock and cpu info. please tell me how to get it, plus what are all the little icons on the bottom toolbar and how do i get those??? thanks!

I can download the 1kb file but theme manager won't install the theme,keeps asking me to pick a theme to install.
