theme requires windowblinds ver 4.0 and it may have problems with windows 95 thru 98. I am debating about changing the windowblinds skin ( some problems encountered ).

Hmm .. applied this and the title bars of all windows disappeared ... eventually the machine crashed with a dll error

I just read support on WinStyles and believe I understand. I'll figure out a hack to download the pieces on this Tgazillion connection at work so I don't have to download them at home (where my OD is installed) on my wimpy 56k dialup.
