First, If do not have it, download ThemeManager by using the the link at he top of the page called Suites Website .
And install it.
Second, Unzip the download.
Third, Open ThemeManager and click the Add button at the bottom, goto where you unzipped the theme and click on RedRacer2.suite.
It will load the .suite into ThemeManager
Fourth, Click on apply & Click on the advanced tab. You will see a the list of the skins in the .suite. Click yes. ThemeManager will download any skins you don't have, save and apply them.
