Brad Wardell. i tried to download the above skin, but everytime i do it, i dont get the download dialogue box, instead an explorer page will open with some code in it. I would like you to help me deal with this problem.

I like the concept however, your skin doesn't work with windowblinds 4. The startmenu and task bar aren't being skinned properly. Isn't it supposed to be blue? Mine's gray, and looks like windows classic.
