I had the same probleme before i DL windowblinds
may be there is another condition
i have the next programs(i think you need to get them all to change each elements) :
-logon studio(not very useful)
-boot skin(...)
-icon packager(you need this one)
-skin studio free(and this one)
-theme manager(this)
-window blinds(and this one)
So i think theese programs are working at 100% together
Try it and say give your news
see you

after you apply the suite with the help of theme mananger, open up windowblinds. scroll until you find a skin called "unknown". if you do find it, just press "rebuild list". the Alienware Xenomorph skin will be there.

although i am having a slight problem with the animation around the minimize maximize and close buttons at the top corner. im assuming that the little blue light is supposed to travel around them like it does in the start menu around my icon. how can i fix this? thanks

for those who have problems with instaling alienware skin (like start bar...)you don't need "thememanager" for this, BUT you have to use "WINDOWBLINDS"
i think i don't need to tell how to proceed next
that's all, i hope it will help you
