hi! this suite looks really great! but after i downloaded it, i only got a ".suite"-file which i can't open. can anybody help me please??? i'd really like to use it, but it doesn't work

NICE WORK! TOOL BAR ISENT SHOWING UP THOUGH, KEEPS TURNING MINE BACK TO WINDOWS CLASSIC AND MESSING MY COMPUTER UP BAD. IS THERE SOMETHING IM SOPPOSED TO DO FOR THE TOOLBAR TO COME OUT?

i have a small problem with this, ive had this theme on my pc before and it was fine, now i have a small purple triangle at the top right corner of every window i have up. ive never seen this happen before, anyone kno why?
