The core for this Suite is the WindowBlinds Anomaly by Journeyman navigatsio. This is the 100th skin for navigatsio and I think we can all agree that it is one that deserves some time on your desktop. He gives us a tweak to the normal design with a different look at the Windows Taskbar. The blue, green and chrome work well together to provide a very useable interface.
