This Suite is built around the WindowBlinds Christmas 2011 by DaveBax. Yes, there are two WindowBlinds with the same name, this will just be a little confusing as both use Red and Green
in their color scheme. Dave's WindowBlinds works on Vista and Windows 7 and has two substyles, with and without animation. There is one comment on the WBs download page that does indicate a user has it up and running on XP.
Be sure and check the WinCustomize Gallery Libraries for additional Holiday skins that you might want to use with this Suite.
