The core for this Suite is the WindowBlinds Cerulean Star by Journeyman k10w3. This was made originally for the GUIC 2012, but then she got another idea, so she is releasing this to the community. It is for Windows 7. The wallpaper is included in the zip file.
I use the Core Picture Frame Widget to show all the skins uploaded and used in this suite. In doing this sometimes the perspective of the individual skins screenshot can get distorted, definetly not on purpose.
When you look at the desktops please realize that they are just how I chose to show the skins, You can place the skins differently on your desktop, use different combinations, experiment with it, move things around. You also should realize that with this software you can hide most of the skins off screen untill you need them by mousing to an edge of the desktop or double clicking the mouse as is the case with Fences.
The skins listed under Other Skins are a suggestion to help fill out the theme. It would be nice to have a suite with all themed skins but that happens very rarely. You can though find skins that will compleiment the overall theme very nicely in the WinCustomize Gallery Libraries, check it out, you may find others there.
Community skinners taking part in this suite are:
