I had this happen a couple of weeks ago. I tried to download a skin and couldn't, but the author could. I figured out that if you type the first part of the URL in the Address bar,(http://skins3.wincustomize.com/author_name) window's autocomplete feature will list all available skins in that particular folder. Lo and behold the author could see it but I, and a couple of others, couldn't. He finally sent me the skin zipped up. I could never download it myself. That same thing is happening here. The Server Admin needs to check for proper folder structure and make sure that files can be downloaded. It seems to be more than one person having trouble, which would eliminate version conflicts, or not having the latest and greatest versions of SC or WB and such. I cannot download this suite nor the CopperDeckII Suite at this time. They are showing up as 1K links that go nowhere. This also skews the download count.

I really like the suite, but find that word processing on the dark screen is quite difficult.
