T want an itunes skin that can be applied to the windows version seamlessly (like the wmp skins do) without windows making absurd comments about not being able to open files!

I am not sure I understand your post.
This is a skin for sysmetrix, based on iTunes. You do have to download the zip, and unzip the files to a folder "C:\Program Files\SysMetrix\Themes\iTunesBlue" for example, before you can use it.
If you are looking for skins for iTunes, this is not the right place.
