There is a error in the skin and it won't load. The background is set as Zipposysmetrix.bmp and not zippo.bmp. The problem probably stems from no reference to the actual name of the background in the .ini file.

i downloaded the skin and installed it on my computer, after that I checked everything again and couldn't find anyhting wrong. Does anybody else is having the same problem reported by ChasUGC? this is wierd...

I didn't download the sysmetrix here, as it seemed to be a waste of time. I downloaded the complete Winstyles package, so that everything would be applied at once. Maybe the error only exists in the Winstyles package.
If you download the theme and apply it, there is no background for the sysmetrix. If you then go to the sysmetrix theme settings and look in the background dialog box, the file is given as Zipposysmetrix.bmp. But, there is no Zipposysmetrix.bmp file. If you then use the open dialog next to the background, you will see that the background file is actually Zippo.bmp, not Zipposysmetrix.bmp. If you then select the Zippo.bmp file as your background, and save the theme, it loads fine, as it creates the Zipposysmetrix.bmp file from the Zippo.bmp file. I don't see a Zipposysmetrix.bmp file anywhere in the .ini file. Nor do I see the background for the theme mentioned anywhere in the ini file. I think the latter is the problem.
By the way, this is still a great skin and theme, regardless of the error.

ChasUGC....this download works just fine....I'm guessing your problems have nothing to do with this specific file, but perhaps the one where you DL'd it, so the comments here aren't relevant...

I'm having a few problems here.
I'm trying to instal SysMetrix v3 & I get error "1931", which says "The Windows Installer service cannot update system file. C:\WINDOWS\system32\hhctrl.ocx because the file is protected by windows. "
Anyone else come upon this?
Also i've tried useing the software but I havint got a clue what to do, please can someone help me?
