But.. what's the point of a fancy meter for the Recycle Bin when in reality its status is either "full" or "empty" so the third meter doesn't really do anything!?!

Oops! My mistake! The Recycle Bin meter does work!
All that it needs then is a few more meters, like drives and weather and network in/out.
