blingx4 for intall you need sysmetrix is freeware http://www.xymantix.com/sysmetrix/index.html
after open sysmetrix and choose import skin ,choose the 5 files .smx in zip and is ok !!!

My sysmetrix is laggy and buggy for some reason 
doesn't run properly and crashes a lot although in one hitman theme that i've tried to run it seemed to work ok
