i can help you, there is a DekstopX part on this site and a SysMetrix part.
When you click on Upload at the top of the site, you'll get a list with names like SysMetrix, IconPackager etc.
What you have to do is to click one of these names to upload your own skin. For example:
when you want to upload a SysMetrix skin you just click Upload at the top of the website, then you get the list, in this list you click SysMetrix, you'll get a form, there you have to select a Preview image (jpeg only) and a Zip file including your skin, write your comments and upload.
It's very simple !!

nice work FU....very clean, functionally aesthetic & state of the art....actually I initially had the same problem with installation as ChampionDeer as it wasn't packaged in a sealed Sys file ....to resolve it I simply pasted the theme bitmaps after downloading your zip & opening the folder within into the Sys default folder & it works beautifully....definitely a quality skin...keep up the good work
