Well.. it is NOT a absolut must, including the background.... but use white as background color.. gives the best result. But thanks for your Critics (dansk : kritik).

By the way.... the background added, may NOT be a "bonus" for everybody.
Not every tom,dick and harry... like nature.
So don't install the background , if you'r alergic(makes you sick), ok?

One thing that I've learned over the years that I've been skinning,is that not everyone will like your skins. You need to have a thick skin,or be able to take the critisim-the good with the bad. As you continue to grow as a skinner your skins will show that. No one here is out to make you look bad,so just keep at it,and always ask for suggestions,for there's someone who's willing to take the time to help out.

Ok,I've downloaded your skin. Here's what you need to consider:1)when desgining a skin you need to consider size. Not everyone has the same resolution as you do. Your skin on a 1024X768 is clipped off on the bottom leaving some info out. 2) Theme-when makeing a skin you work on a theme,so all your images should be along that line. Such as,the recycle bin,meter,clock don't go with the CPU tower(if that's the theme you are going with),your images should carry through the whole theme of the skin. 3) Color-The same should apply as the theme. You have a mix and match of colors,some are Bold,and some are bland,you need to tone some of them down. The goal is to have a pleasing look,you don't want a stark contrast that pops out at the uer. Don't take this wrong,for I'm trying to help you to make a better skin. Don't get discouraged,keep plugging along,and keep skinning fun!
