Apparantly the file you downloaded was corrupted,therefore, the "Bad CRC" error-try re-downloading the file.

I just downloaded your file and and got an error while unzipping. Has to do with your Bolt On preview file

Got rid of the preview! This should now work..
Figured what the pob was after i uploaded again. The preview was in jpg form and is supposed to be in bmp!
So here it is! let see if it works!

Hi,
Now you need to clean up the origional Folder. When unzipped it creates a Folder called BoltOn whereas the .bmp is called out as Bolt On - thus to get the theme to fire I had to change the Folder to Bolt On.
