HI Yrgal and Adrenochrome, thank you for the nice comments!
I am still working on the WB skin, It is in its final development stage, taking care of bugs here and there, it takes a lot of time and testing so that important applications look good (Word, Explorer and so on...), I guess within one month it will be completed. I still have to create the animations for it though. I'm also finishing developing the IP set for the ClearXP visual, 100 icons made so far and counting...
As far as the Vertical version of this skin is concerned, well... I've uploaded it yesterday along with this one (give or take an hour or two between the two uploads), but it does not show up here. I'll try and upload it again tonight (European time).

Any true skinner knows that. Speaking for myself, I think that's the fun part. So take your time cycoced, it's worth it.

Tell me, being norwegian and seeing your skins, you must listen to Black Metal stuff, don't you?
Anyway, I've uploaded the Vertical version of this skin, somehow I couldn't export the SMX file, so I've zipped the whole directory.

Thanks, Cyco. I came back this morning for the vertical version and got it. Keep up the great creativity! I'm looking forward to the WB skin.
It takes a lot of patience and restraint to wait to release a skin (or any kind of software) until it's truly ready for prime time. Anybody who can do this is better at it than I am.

Sorry to bother you, but Sysmetrix won't load the vertical version, saying there's no Background image file included. I compared the contents to the horizontal one, but couldn't determine the problem. I unzipped whole ClearXP Vert file to its own folder in SMX/themes and am using SMX 3.41. Have any suggestions? Thanks.

I've tried to reinstall the vertical version based on the zip file I've uploaded, and it worked fine for me, but typically, your problem happens to me on other skins when I misspell the folder name for the skin in the "Theme" directory, you have to type the name of the folder exactly like that: "ClearXP" (caution with the upper and lower cases, they ARE important). For this version (Horizontal), no problem since this is an smx file.
If this doesn't help, please let me know and I'll investigate further!

Doh. I had renamed the directory to "ClearXP Vert." I had suspected that I had done something stupid, but I didn't know what. Like you, I've experienced this before, but this time I forgot about the folder name. Tks

Oh and HG_Eliminator, I'm sorry, but I'm concentrating on the ClearXP IP theme as well as the matching WB skin, so this will not happen any time soon I'm afraid! And everybody should use 24HR anyway...
