you need to download and install sysmetrix from here :http://www.xymantix.com/sysmetrix/download
scroll down the page until you see the latest version download,
after you have installed sysmetrix, unzip techno mi, and drag the folder into the sysmetrix theme folder which can be located from program files/sysmetrix/themes.
