Place your head about 18-24 inches from monitor
Focus beyond the picture (Stare at a point behind the picture, the pic should then look fuzzy)
Then very slowly move your head backwards away from the monitor, you should then see the background move further away and the warrior in front of the background (background and warrior are the same pattern).
To give you an idea as to what you are looking for.
