It's ok... 
But there's too much going on.
Theres a really BIG dragony-thing
A lot of weird lines and bars
And a logo
yea...that's too much
keep things simple...a Wallpaper should look good, not interfear.

I would agree that it would look better in blue but overall its great

I agree with Sir Macrobaye, a bigger preview would be nice. That way you can better determine if you like it good enough to d/l. Overall, I like it.
