this is done well and with alot of talent.
I personally don't like the dark sad look to this wallpaper but not everyone has my taste either or it would get pretty boring.
By all means, this wallpaper deserves a place here. You should also make another one. A happier one to contrast this one as a part of a set.

beatiful image.
especially like the fading lower part of body. Gives it that 'stepping into darkness' feel to it. I definitely will plaster this on my screen
