The entire theme is inspired by the movie and not based on either the movie or comicbook.
After the release of the Official SpiderMan Premium Theme by SkinPlant I had to revise and be very careful on how to create my theme without violating any copyright, trademark or registered laws (which was one of the set-back for the release of my theme)
All of the applications included in my theme will follow those guidelines.
Im a big fan of SpideMan and I will be making some other fan art designs of Spidey, but as far as the theme goes, it will stay as it is.

I was just messing around around. Although, you may want to consider that SpiderMan is a (very) copyrighted entity. Marvel comics may not be too mad, but be careful... wouldn't want to see a good skinner dragged into a bunch of legal troubles...

That is correct Overlay, and that is why I've explained below how this theme was Inspired by the movie and in no way Based on the character or the movie it self since I didnt use any of the images from the Marvel entity to prevent any violation of copyright laws. The issue was already noted by Marvel.
