I love this, kind of reminds me of Virginia. I tried to contact you personally because I am currently working on a desktopx theme. This piece of yours seems to work just fine as the wallpaper, I have one of my own to use so there aere choices here to make, "sigh". So how does one go about getting your permission? Thanks for sharing

Thank you butch123! Thank you Bushman, when I updated it, the zip had both sizes in it, but then it was stuck in processing for a couple of days...when I get home ( I am at my daughters now) I will see if I can update it again...the other option is you can use irfanview (free) to make it that size.
