I was about to say the same as caustic on your original but I was saved all the typing.
Excellent art work and keep it up. Should be 5 stars...

Thank you. Thank you for taking the time to comment and for acknowledging my work. I missed what this debuted at...the other debuted at a 6 and as you can see, has been knocked down. (I think this or the other was low as a four yesterday)

I wish the peers who don't appreciate it, would comment as well when they lower it's rating. They are entitled to their opinion, I just wish they would express it like you and caustic. Nothing wrong with a friendly discussion as far as I'm concerned.

I realize the subject matter is not for everyone, but it wasn't done to be cute or dark. I look at it as art and life. I only do this to evoke thought and emotion not to offend or ridicule. (I made that mistake once.. and NEVER wil again)

I try to look at everyones work as Art...this may not be one of my favourites - but your work is very different. Not everyone ' gets ' you. Plus the size of the d/loads sometimes can cause people to skip over - 4 mbs for me on dial up in 17 minutes. So I have to come back to wall section in intervals .

I don't mind the rating slipping as much as the lack of comments on why. I really wish they had it so you had to comment before you clicked on the stars. It wouldn't mean that we would know who 'rated' it, but at least we would have the comments good and bad.

Not everyone ' gets ' you. Plus the size of the d/loads

I'm told if anyone 'gets' me they need to get back on their meds. As for the d/l size, I honestly can't figure out what the hell I'm doing wrong that they are all so big. I had the same problem with my iconpackages. It's as frustrating for me because I know it puts people off. ANY help or odeas from anyone would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried that and it only worked once. I think my problem is in saving them in Photoshop. I have too many layers going on or something like that. I noticed on a recent one, that had fewer layers than most of my stuff, the d/l was smaller.

layers i'm lost.. yea i just converted them with the windows picture and fax viewer.. i opened them one at a time from desktop, clicked on the little blue file and changed the file type, then saved as. keep doing what your used to with ps and change them later, if that makes sense..

Yeah - photoshop files are usually huge - im not sure if there is a way to lower the quality in photoshop but I have 3 different programs that I use to resave the bmps or jpegs, pngs etc .Usually theres a slider when I go to re save them and i just lower the quality between 90 and 100% depending on how many layers you have.As you know the more layers the bigger the file. I honestly see no difference after ive resave a wall( i re save all walls I download from wc to reduce them )walls that were 500kbs are now 200 kbs. If you were to re save them in MS Paint it reduces them too much and they might look it. 3 programs offhand that I use are PhotoFiltre, Paint.net and the easiest and small d/load is i_view32 << I use that the most , you just play with slider till you get it where its small enough. If you can't find i_view32 id be happy to mail it to yau. Its also a handy tool for other stuff.

When saving in BMP format on photoshop, there is no slider (there is for jpg)..bmp you get the option of 16, 32, 64 bitmap or something..(too lazy to open it right now and see)
