This is a neat design, looks like giant bumblebees. You probably would do yourself a favor to render your fractals twice the size of your desired finished product and then size down. It will make them smoother and eliminate a lot of the jagginess.This is really an odd size for the desktop.

So your saying make it 2500 x say 1600 and then shrink from there? I would appreciate any advice, I do this when I am home with my two small one and they give me a break. I made these for my laptop and on it. What are the best sizes to make? And thanks Alot Frankief
