Thank you JonnyB, modeling and light setup took about 2 weeks and render time is 14 hours

You should seriously consider a career in graphical design/modeling (or anything related). You're very good and got THAT much potential to develop! Keep up the good work around here and some big company might notice you and invite you to work for them...
