Very cool - I like it! If you want suggestions, I had a thought. I feel kind of "teased" by being able to see just a tiny bit of the underside on the bottom right. It's good, as it reinforces the 3D aspect. However, it leaves me wanting more 
What about a version where the bottom back extends down a little more? It might add more depth.

thanx, I found keeping it at in a low range of colours really kept the size down

pretty awesome .... better than what i could do even if i were paid to. Actually i think i looks like an upside-down dutch clogg with the bottom carved out. LOL
