Mr. Nea & Mr. illick - I'm sorry you don't find it as beautiful as do I. It is meant to look like sand art which would - to the untrained eye - make it seem blurry.
Mr. illick, if you can do better, please share as I'm always up for unique artwork for my desktop.

It�s amazing and beautiful! Just another sort of interesting artist work. Which program did you used to make this fractal? 
I�am working with Ultra Fractal, but i never get any fractals looking as good as yours.

Wow, thanks a lot, Snake4621!! Actually, I borrowed the original fractal image (the flower looking part). And then I used Adobe Photoshop 6.0 to add other shapes, textures, blending and the illusion of sandart. I'm pretty new to Photoshop and this is my first wallpaper. It means a lot to me to get feedback of any kind, of course nice ones are always better! Fractals are so AWESOME, aren't they?! How do you like Ultra Fractal?
