It has a Windows flag...created by D. Arnaez to represent Vista Ultimate...

Guys.....there actually is NO LAW prohibiting the naming of a skin or wall 'vista', particularly if there's a legitimate connection via logo/whatever.

Phoon its senior people like you and ur colleagues(people you are talking about) that dont even deserve a response..I will say this once if you can understand.If you want to help someone then critique in a guiding manner ..critism like this is soo easy..I can look at u works and just put any rubbish on with the style or the design or the name.But I prefer peace

DEVJIT.. I gave you an honest critique. Here it is a little cleaner: Nice Wall, good job on the graphics. It has nothing to do with vista. The Icon has nothing to do with Vista. It's just a windows logo that was named Vista for no apparent reason. When something uses the Vista name when there is no legit reason for it, it is commonly referred to a download/popularity whoring. A strong term, but a term commonly used none the less. That may have not been your intentions but to ME, and obviously IR, thats what it is. No, there is nothing that says you can't do it either. I just think that a person of your talents does not need to rely on this 'term' to substantiate the value of your work. It's just demeaning. At least I gave you something to consider. My observations ARE valid. Next time, I will keep in mind that you only appreciate useless comments like our resident 'drive-by' master gives.

Phoon I have always mentioned when i upload to critically comment my work but the word download hoaring is too strong to use....as u might experience if i were to post the same comment on ur work....nyways as i said peace my friend..I hope you understand what i am suggesting and i understand ur perspective..
