Any spirit of righteousness cannot walk on all paths.

SolusCado, you bring up a good point. However, Shakti Gawain said, "Spirit is the essence of consciousness, the energy of the universe that creates all things. Each one of us is a part of that Spirit - a Divine entity. So the Spirit is the Higher Self, the eternal being that lies within us."
I doubt the folks here at wincustomize want to host a religious/philosophic debate though, they have a way in turning into pages and pages of posts.
So I wont comment anymore on these types of posts. I do believe that they are important though. If need be I will set up a forum somewhere where these can be discussed.

I also concur with your comment McCade that this isn't the best forum for a religious or philosophical debate.
That said, I think everyone that reads any of this should give thought to the true motivations behind any of their beliefs. If it is just to make yourself feel better, then don't think that there is any greater truth in it. If it is to push peace around the world, keep in mind that those individuals that use religion to make war have a political and power agenda that shouldn't have any bearing on the core religous belief. Finally, do not judge any belief by the intelligence, sophistication, or cultural development of the majority of its constituents - that just gives rise to the same kind of bias and bigotry that causes violence in the first place.

I've heard some talk about the One "True (with a capitol T) religion" but I haven't seen it yet. I have, however, believe there are quite a few different paths of value.

jtfolden, I could not agree more with you.
There are a few comments that I would like to discuss but I wont, at least not here. If anyone thinks that they would like to take this to a forum and discuss religion and life then let me know by email. If enought people are interested then I will set up a forum somewhere else. I don't feel that this is the place to do it.
Thanks again everyone.
