Don't know how to do the DesktopX thing, don't use the program myself, don't even own it anymore..lol.
However....I will grant someone conditional permission to create a theme based on this wallpaper. Conditions are as follows:
1. Stick to the overall theme of the design.
2. I would like final aproval on the design, but I will bypass this in this one case because I don't use DesktopX.
3. If any Gaphics help is needed, all you have to do is ask, and I will do What I can.
4. I will provide the original .psd file to the author with all of the individual layers in tact, but without the lighting effects, just incase you think you can do it better. lol!
So, there you go, if you want permission, just ask!

uummmm the good news is that I have finished testing and designing the DexktopX for this wallpaper. The bad news is I need you to send me the permition to put it up again. I lost the email you sent me for permission (
So can you send me it again?? And if its ok can I do one for Colored Lightning?? (It's rying for a DX!!)

I'm sorry to keep bothering you about the permissions email. I lost it again!! I must have miss placed it in mess I have been going through with my computer and finals. Would you be so kind as to resend one more time the permissions for Thoth and Colored Lightning?
