Creating rings is simple. Here are the links: 1. Advanced Planet Creation by `alyn - This is quite an advanced tutorial, you'll just need to skip to the bit about the rings, or 2. Use this link to learn standard ring creation. Good luck - please let me know when you post a dream/animation with planets.

I would like to try to do dream scene based on this. I've never contributed anything to this comunity simply because of a lack of talent and time. I went over this image in as fine a detail as possible and the more I looked the more interesting it became.Your choice of colors,perspective and the topagraphical rendering of the planet itself makes this a prime candidate.The ring with its vanish point must be made to interact with the rotation of the planet, and the nebula along with certain key points of light have to be randomized. All this while limiting the file size and keeping the loop smooth !! Whew !!! Also it must be true to the original image which has the wow factor for it's inherent possibilities. (IMHO) There are a lot of teutorials available that(with patience and determination) can make it happen. Just the challenge alone is well worth it...as is the worthyness of the original image.�
