thanks Anthipodis.... .... I just use my little digital compact point and shoot, in fireworks mode...on a tripod....it's the Canon IXUS 700 ...I've been hankering for the IXUS 960 IS, which is 12 megapixels....but really...the 7 is just fine so can't really justify it at the moment...plus I've read...the reaction time with the 12mp...is a bit slow.......If you like this shot....you may like a previous fireworks wall I did for 4th July..here... WWW Link....and an XP logon here..... WWW Link..which also has a couple more pictures in the comments section, if you scroll down, of fireworks on the Sydney Harbour Bridge...to give you more of an idea of what it can do...a great little pocket camera...
