This is Mandelbulb? Wow! I gotta say this is the prettiest mandelbulb I've ever seen! I love the colors and the ellegance of it! Great work Gary!

Yup, it's a fractal so they can be smooth or rough. I chose this one as the first Mandelbulb3D for obvious reasons. I am glad that they are open to it here.

Of course once again it is you that gives me the heads up. I never check these things. One reason is because I just saw the promos for Jan and Feb and I'm, a bit disappointed.
