I have had this wall on my screen for some time now and I am thinking all the time about something new that I saw... there is this reflection here that causes that effect there. It has an extreme cold feeling to it sometimes, It feels dangerous sometimes.... I look at that tiny planet up there and it seems so very vulnerable... and ephemeral.... sometimes it is a sad thought I have.
This is why I don't comment on walls much... there is so much to say. I get caught up in them...

You have done a very accurate description Diane. You got the meaning of this scene. The sky, the planet and the glassy object, (Time portal as elvee said), are receiving an attack from the rest of the objects, that representing the other side of what we call peaceful and harmonic-cosmos.

how much time did it take for this picture to be rendered? in my PIII 500, i think it would take at least a day!!

anyway...GREAT work. this is the ONLY wallpaper which i had for more than 2 weeks!

Yes, I include my nickname in all my latest wallpapers, as for the rest of your questions, the answers are , 25 minutes for the render and maybe 1 hour for the composition. It was a torus and a crystal ball. The "ouch" is just an ouch! LOL
