Depending of if your using 3DS Max 4.2 I could tell you an easy way to put the material on the sails if you would like to know? Admin@dreamdesign3d.com

Swirlys and abstracts make great walls but this is excellent art we have here.. Awesome Job! and I agree a night time lighthouse one of the striped ones, say simular to cape hatteras, NC I believe is the right one, would be awesome as well.

the sails need to have their pattern conform more to their physical shape, and are also shaped too 'perfectly.' the ship itself is a bit too 'cleanly' rendered also. as a technical 'physics' note, the water is too calm for the sails to be that full. a great start

it's already a work in progress Kinrik. I started making it as soon as I made this ship. it's going to take a little bit of time because of the ships, and I would want it to look as good as possible. I will submit it to Wincustomize as soon as it's done.

Check out my site for all of my new work http://www.fyreblade.com

I think migellito needs to get out more! But, you accepted his critique, although he never has anything good to say about any wall, except "great start." It's an excellent wall, Fyreblade... Whether you take the critique at face value or not, it is a great piece of work.

Greyhaven, Thank you for the comment, I know what you mean, Migellito is tough, but what can ya do? Critique's never really bad if you think about it, no matter how good the work. I just posted a few more additions to my site, check them out... http://www.fyreblade.com

Excellent!!
It's nice to see something other than absract stuff that looks like colored glass.
I like that stuff but I wish for more realistic creations like this one.
Great job!
