I am not doing anything different than I ever have. Download Zip file; extract zip file; copy extracted image to C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Stardock\DownloadedDreams; open DeskScapes and apply background.
I am not having any issues with anyone else's walls or any of your previous walls. What are you using to create the compressed Zip file? Doe's one of the tools you're using to create these images maybe also create videos or animations?
I've never had any trouble with any of your images until these two. Are you doing something different?
The last file of yours that I downloaded that worked as expected was "Shopping Mall 3032 4.

Downloaded it twice and it wouldn't show up in the static images, then downloaded it from within the DeskScapes app which is when I got this message.
"Unable to load this background.
Typically it means it is using a codec you do not have a decoder for such as MPEG2.

Are you doing something different in the way you are zipping these files? This is the second image with this issue.
I was able to open in Photoshop and resave as Jpg file, and now it works.
I downloaded Barb's Winter Jamboree and it worked fine.
