This is a bit wrong the Stargate itself has 9 Chevrons, 2 of which are located under the ramp, although they are not used when dialing out they are still there. Also the ring in the middle, and the outer ring which looks like stone on yours is far far more intricut. A good attempt and quite a nice wallpaper but it is technically wrong

and giggalot thanx for the info i knew the gate was more intricate, theres quite a lot of detail that i didnt put on, but towards the end i jus started gettin lazy (hey its the truth) but if i get time i'll try and emulate the fine lines on the gate and i didnt know bout the chevrons.... i dont really watch the show

I think it's really good. Concidering what it is. Now, making it exactly the same might be a issue due to copyrights. You might want to check on that issue Garxgoki first before you take it further. What you can use and why you may not be able to. It's just a suggestion. But this is very nice and looks slightly better then the logon.

i doubt he could get sued take a look at the site everything is based on movies, programs or company logos. not everyone got permission.
