thanks for the comments - this was our first wallpaper so we were hoping to hear from everyone. i will be up'ing a new sunflower w/watercolor effects soon, and it is cropped slightly different.

It seems sometimes random who gets comments and who doesnt.
If you want lots of attention/comments do a version in shades of blue (being sarcastic here but what is is with people and blue?)

I would prefer it if the sunflowers were more cropped, especially on the left (I'm using 1280x1024, havent checked the others) simply because it makes for a lot of detail and color changes on the left where i put my icons and a big empty space bottom left where i dont put my icons.
I guess I could use object bar or something to make it use that space useful
I'm having trouble finding a skin that goes well with it (using windows blinds). Best i found so far is skink saturated - has brown green and blue that go well with the image.
There are a lot of icon sets that go well with your wallpaper though. Check out whimsical sets like suzume or piou
