Wow, this is just awesome! One problem though, it's become a real pain for me to go back and forth between 2.x and 5.x, so I only keep 5 on my system anymore. Mainly because of the better color theme support. I hope you'll try to make this a 5 theme one of these days, but it's still simply great work!

BluesStringer, if you have Winamp 5 installed you can use this skin without switching to a 2.x series instalation
Winamp 5 IS winamp 2, it uses a plugin to be able to use FreeForm (winamp 5) skins
and this is a great skin i would like to see what you could do with a freeform format skin

Another great skin by Sallamander, after Octant which I just downloaded ! It is refined, stylish, elegant & quite distinct ! And again, fully skinned ! Bravo courageous skinner !
I have the latest version of Winamp, downloaded just before it was sold to horrible Radionomy, and I still use it every day. This skin will look smashing on a dark background, and I will rate it 9.5, just like Octant.
